I don't quite understand this
Mario Rizzuti introduced me to this. Is this like a blackboard? I definitely like the interface. Needs a little bit more love though.

Its just a new type of forum i guess would be the best way to describe it.

Indeed, matthall28. It used to have a "where is forum 2.0" tagline; it was probably an useful hint. It will be reintroduced.

About it needing a bit more love, I have a vague idea about what you mean, infoarchitect. I tend to agree in some way. It feels maybe cold and somewhat antipathic.
I will try to counter-balance this effect.

But with a bit of immagination, we could see it this way: do communities interfaces need to be made of plastic or flesh?

Or more realistically: do web interfaces need to be "mute"/commands-only (like most desktop interfaces) or should they "talk" (the helping puppet in ms office comes to my mind)?

In other words, are online "communities" *really* communities, places or simply databases which you can query? I guess it is subjective.
