Would be nice to see the face of this man at these times where people has not just a computer at home but Ipad, mobile and other gadgets working at the same time and conected to the net.

This one is famous case of popular (not so popular, but known enough) quote that is probably not true.

Granted, 1943 is prehistory in that field, he might have being thinking about military uses and governments as clients and magnificient costs per machines and services.

Who knows.

Someone also dedicated a research to this quote. Apparently there is no sound record of it. Officially is a fake (the attribution, at least).
